Before you start

Before you start to make a claim, read your policy wording.

This will allow you familiarise yourself with the cover and any requirements before you start your claim.

*please refer to your policy schedule for the level of cover applicable to your individual policy.

Have everything to hand

For example:

If you are calling about a theft make sure you have your police incident number to hand.

If you have a quote, receipt or invoice that will be helpful.

An estimate of the size of the damage.

Photos of any damaged, lost or stolen items may help process your claim.

Call the claims handler on the number provided.

The claims handlers are specialists in each product and are appointed directly by the insurer.

They will go through the details and sort everything out for you.
